When should I arrive and leave?

The main event is on Saturday, October 4, but we’ll be celebrating all weekend! Most guests are arriving Friday afternoon and leaving Sunday after brunch. You’re welcome to join us for all the fun—or whatever your schedule allows! Please note that the campus does not allow cars to come and go freely throughout the weekend- if you do wish to attend just parts of the weekend, please know that camp will not open to outside guests until 1pm the day of the wedding and will ask for departures by 11pm. We would love for everyone to stay on site but completely respect and understand it is not possible for everyone!

If we are not staying at camp, when should we arrive?

Guests who are not utilizing on-site lodging are warmly welcome to join us for the Friday evening welcome festivities, including kickball, our welcome party and bonfire with s'mores! Please plan to depart by 11:00 PM, as the camp gates will close at that time and vehicle access will be restricted overnight. On Saturday, the gates will reopen at 1:00 PM for off-site guests. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. The gates will close again at 11:00 PM that evening, so we kindly ask all off-site guests to plan their departure accordingly.

Where is the wedding taking place?

All wedding events will be held at Camp Skylemar in Naples, Maine. The address is 457 Sebago Rd. There’s plenty of parking, and once you're at camp, you won’t need to drive anywhere.

Is there lodging at camp? What are the cabins like?

Yes! If you’re staying onsite, cabins will be provided. They are rustic but cozy. Sheets, towels, linens are all provided in modern rustic cabins. Each cabin has electricity, wifi, a bathroom, and shower (no bath houses or bunk beds here!). The only thing worth noting is that there is no heat- so bring layers and anything cozy from home you'd like! The cost is $175 per person for the whole weekend—including lodging, meals, drinks, and activities. It’s basically grown-up summer camp with your favorite people.

What’s the dress code?

Friday Welcome Dinner: camp cocktail—think cute but campy! Saturday Wedding: Cocktail/ semi-formal attire. You’ll be on grass during the cocktail hour, so plan footwear accordingly (or be brave-get it ladies) Sunday Brunch: Cozy & casual. Pajamas acceptable. Mimosas encouraged.

What will the weather be like?

It’s autumn in Maine—aka unpredictable! Expect crisp air, pray for peak foliage, and temps between 50–75°F. Bring layers, just in case!

Is the wedding kid-friendly?

This one's just for the grown-ups! We’re trading juice boxes for cocktails and bedtime stories for dance floor bangers. Treat yourself to a weekend off!

Do I need to bring anything?

If you’re staying at camp, bring comfy clothes, layers, and anything else you’d pack for a cozy cabin weekend. Sheets, towels, and bedding will be provided.

We are not from the United States, how should we make a payment for the lodging?

To make a payment outside of the US please transfer to our international WISE account and we will transfer to the camp on your behalf: Name: Reid Peter Van Keulen Account Number: 822000834630 Account Type: Checking Routing Number: 026073150 Swift/BIC: CMFGUS33 Bank Name & Address: Community Federal Savings Bank, 89-16 Jamaica Ave, Woodhaven, NY, 11421, United States
